FIFTY NIFTY UNITED STATES
On the 12th of May Roger visited our
school. He explained us some USA information. For example, we discovered the
history of its flag. In the flag there are fifty stars and thirteen strips. He told
us that the fifty stars are the states of USA and that the thirteen strips were
the original colonies. Then, he brought a baseball bat, a special ball and a
glove for playing baseball, because it is the most popular sport in USA. Next,
he gave us some papers with the different states for playing a funny game.
Finally, we watched a video of a girl who sang all the states of USA in 34.5
seconds, it was amazing!!!

LET'S MAKE A PIZZA
On the 29th of January we made four pizzas with the English teacher.
First, we divided the class into two groups. Then, the teacher showed us the ingredients: some grated cheese, some ham, some tomato sauce, a can of olives, three cans of tuna, four pizza pre-made doughs, some pineapples, some pepperoni and some bacon strips.
Next, we started making the pizza in groups and finally we brought them to the school's cook, Francesc. When the pizzas were ready we ate them. Mmmmm.... delicious.
